This establishment is terrible I waited 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and transmission flush was charged double than the going rate for this work and after all that was threatened by one of the mechanics who wanted to fist fight because I shook my head in displeasure over the whole experience I disputed the charge on my credit card will never use this business again and contacted the police over the employees behavoir do not use this business at the very least you will be overcharged if not threatened
Saved the day. My trailer got a flat on the Parkway and he mounted and changed the tire in a jiffy.
To the person who gave a bad rating, you are obviously only a summer person. I live in the area year round and have also worked in the office and I can tell you, they have excellent customer service. The prices the summer people are charged are the same prices the locals are charged in the middle of the winter. Their prices reflect the rising prices everywhere. They don't lie. They are the most straightforward and honest mechanics you will find in Cape May County. Between them they have over 50 years of mechanical ability and training. They are ASE certified and proudly display their certificates for everyone to see. If they say something is wrong with your vehicle, then something is wrong with the vehicle. They have been there for over 40 years without advertising. They are word of mouth only and wouldn't have been there that long if they weren't the best shop around. Their service is wonderful and I recommend this shop to everyone no matter where I'm at.
Pearce tire and auto saved the day . I called early in the morning, and was invited to come by immediately. As soon as I pulled my truck in to the driveway, Pearce tire and auto had a mechanic working on my truck almost immediately . I am very grateful for their assistance and can highly recommend their services. Thank you , Bill B.
Pricing is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They fix your car right the first time and I would be hard pressed to find another facility that would do what Paul does.
Pierce honors their appointments and when necessary fixes a flat almost immediately.
Pierce did a great job helping me out with my car and my Tahoe. I live here year round and Paul has gone the extra mile , including loaning his personal vehicle while mine was in for repair.
