I live in a complex of 6 houses and was having sewer issues. Plumbers were called as well as the City Water and Sewer workers. Sewer issues were still occurring. Jim and his crew arrived ON SCHEDULE and dug up the front yard to replace my sewer line without destroying the flower beds. The did almost surgical excavation and installed PVC pipe for a permanent fix to the 57 year old drain issues that was clogged by roots and had collapsed. When they had finished the job they spread top soil that they brought and raked the surface level, swept the street, cleaned up the debris and did a better than excellent job leaving the area ready for grass seed. All the work was performed in one day and that included digging under the sidewalk without disturbing it. The price was extremely fair and the quality of work was beyond expectations. I absolutely highly recommend Drain Doctor for all the sewer issues any homeowner could encounter.
Didn't clean the drain the first time and had to come back the next day to do it right . Then they charged me again without my permission and without telling me. They never sent me a receipt. They were hoping it would slip by unnoticed on my statement. When confronted they bold face, flat out lied. Don't trust them! They told me tree roots grew back overnight! They don't guarantee their work even for one day. Do yourself a favor and call Root-Router who guarantee their work for a month and where appalled by Drain Doctor.
