What a hidden gem. RUSTIC BEAUTY!
I had my wedding at the Abbie Holmes Estate in September of 2017 and the experience could not have been better. During the wedding planning process my fiance and I were living in Ohio due to being in the military. Dena and I planned the whole wedding through email and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though it was stressful being 9 hours away. She was able to handle ordering all of our flowers and made things super simple for us. The venue itself is perfectly set up. We utilized their onsite ceremony space which was gorgeous and helped cut down on the amount of time guests spent traveling. All of the staff were super helpful and attentive during cocktail hour and once the reception started everyone had a great time dancing on their dance floor. The layout of their ballroom is perfect and between the dance floor, the bar, and an outdoor space with a fire pit there really is something for everyone to do. It was evident that all of our guests had a great time and I truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding.

If I could give this wedding venue ten stars, I would. I had my wedding at Abbie Holmes in June this past year, and it was everything I wanted and more. Dena, the wedding coordinator, was amazing! She bent over backwards for me, and she delivered on everything. The food was delicious
Everything was great (food, atmosphere, service, etc) but dear lordt. They need to find a better way to keep the reception hall cool on hot August days. It was unrelentingly hot. If you're going to a warm-weather wedding here, dress as lightly as possible!
My husband and I were married on Sept. 23, 2017 at this absolutely beautiful property. From our first meeting with Dena we knew that this venue would be all that we wanted for our special day. If you are looking for a venue that will embrace your vision, Dena and the Abbie Holmes staff does not disappoint. All I kept saying was this was my perfect wedding, every detail that I wanted was accommodated without question. I cannot thank Dena and Abbie Holmes enough for the sheer perfection of our very special day!
and the atmosphere was just what we wanted: charming, relaxed, and beautiful. Our guests still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding how great Abbie Holmes is. It's tucked away on route 9 by the beaches with a woodsy, rustic charm to it. We had our ceremony in the outdoor chapel, and set up five corn hole sets on the front lawn. It was literally the greatest place to get married for couples who want a beautiful, cost-efficient wedding (it's byob).
Staff Amazing. Food WOW! Location breath taking. Had a great time.
